When I found this space, I thought I was walking into a video game. An abandoned building, half the roof missing, bright sunlight and deep shadows, graffiti and rust everywhere, and a couple of small signs located in out of the way spots indicating Danger Toxic Waste Site. It definitely had that pungent odor in the air.

The new Photomatix Version 4.0 is out. Some new cool stuff was added, including a filmstrip preview feature. The thumbnails preview various generic HDR styles as well as your own saved settings. I always thought playgrounds were supposed to be friendly places. Then I saw these Frogs in the Playground. Talk about a little disconcerting. If was playing, I’d have one eye on the sliding pond, and one eye on those frogs. No wonder this playground is empty.
